2023 Kia EV6 Trim Levels
Glassman Kia is the local Kia dealership serving Detroit Southfield Troy Novi Dearborn and the surrounding areas, and we now have the 2023 Kia EV6 available to test-drive, purchase and lease. The EV6 was introduced last model year and was a resounding success. With this follow-up model, the trim levels Wind GT-Line are expanded to also include the GT, which is the new top trim. The EV6 is a four-door compact crossover SUV that has a 6.1-inch ground clearance and measures 15.4 feet. It seats up to five and provides 42 inches of front legroom, 39 inches of rear legroom and 24 cubic feet of cargo space.
Wind Trim
The 2023 Kia EV6 Wind available at Glassman Kia has a 77.4-kWh battery pack. Rear-wheel drive with a single electric motor is standard, and all-wheel drive with two electric motors is optional. The RWD model provides 225 horsepower, 258 pound-feet of torque and 310 miles of estimated range. The AWD model provides 320 hp, 446 lb.-ft. and 282 miles. Keyless open and start are standard. Exterior features include 19-inch aluminum wheels, power-folding and heated outside mirrors and a hands-free liftgate. Cabin highlights include synthetic leather upholstery, heated, ventilated and power-adjustable front seats, memory settings for the driver’s seat and dual-zone automatic climate control with rear vents. You also get a digital instrument panel, a 12.3-inch touch screen with navigation, Wi-Fi hotspot, USB ports in both rows, a wireless charging pad and 14-speaker Meridian audio system. AWD models get a heated steering wheel and heated rear seats. There is also a base suite of driver-assistance technologies and an optional Technology package that we’ll break down with the GT Line.
GT-Line Trim
The GT-Line is the second of the trim levels Wind GT-Line and served as the top trim last model year. It’s only available as AWD model and provides similar performance as described above but range is reduced to 252 miles. Standard driver assists include adaptive cruise control, front and rear parking sensors, driver attention monitoring, forward collision mitigation, blind-spot monitoring, lane departure mitigation and Highway Driving Assist. This is also the first the 2023 Kia EV6 trim levels Wind GT-Line and GT to include the Technology package, which adds a blind-spot camera, a surround-view camera, rear automatic braking and automated parking. It also adds adaptive cruise control, evasive steering assist and more advanced collision mitigation and cruise control. Also, the cabin gets a sunroof.
GT Trim
The GT is the newest trim level available through our Kia dealer serving Detroit Southfield Troy Novi Dearborn and now serves as the top option among the 2023 Kia EV6 trim levels Wind GT-Line and GT. This AWD model has more powerful motors: 576 hp and 545 lb.-ft. Range is reduced to 206 miles. The GT also has a sport-tuned suspension with adaptive dampers and 21-inch wheels. The interior is also upgraded with a synthetic leather and suede upholstery that is unique to this trim. Also, all models that include or are selected with all-wheel drive come with a heat pump for the cabin.
